Dolní Břežany is a small town just outside of Prague, with good access to Prague center via Pankrác, to Prague 1's waterfront via Točná and Modřany, or to Smíchov through Zbraslav. We are situated 10 kilometres from the D1 highway exit and 1 kilometre from Prague's ring road, although accessibility is not the main benefit of this picturesque place with Celtic past.
It is a place with a lively, homely feel, lacking the anonymity, chaos and impersonality of the capital city. The construction of the world-class ELI Beamlines laser, the HILASE (national laser center) project and the nearby BIOCEV scientific research facility make this place even more attractive. It is a good location for an office space and a good choice for your bussiness.
The building is located in the recently developed central part of town, right across from a new square with a post office, a bank, a supermarket and various other shops. The area of Pivovarský dvůr consists of modern, low-rise buildings with a little courtyard in-between. The ground floor offers commercial spaces, while office spaces occupy the other floors. Parking is available in an in-door garage. The reception and security is available 24/7. Currently, most of the office and commercial space is rented, although we can still accommodate either a larger company or a small company, should you only need one or two offices.

The total available office space area in the building is 270 m2. There is a comfortable common area with an equipped cooking space and bathrooms on the ground floor available to our clients.
